Stem is done, and this is the best I could do on the stem logo. The stamping was very thin to begin with, so I'm going to stick to that story!

Magic eraser, micromesh, Plast-X polish, mineral oil, and chap stick.

I should add that a soft flame got rid of the deeper teeth marks.

Turned out great, Mike!

Really nice job. ?

Looks good Mike. And you got rid of the oxidation in the difficult channel at the bit.

Thanks everyone. If the clouds clear up today I can take some better pictures. The stain / mineral oil / polish really make the colouring shine. It has a warm tone to it that is really nice.

Yes the channel at the bit was a bit difficult! Folding the micromesh pad helps it get into the nooks and crannies of the mouthpiece.

I stand on the shoulders of giants.

The December sun is not co-operating, but you might be able to catch a little of the sparkle here:

I’m a year plus late to the party, but one of my favorite and best smokers is my Irwin’s 9491. It handles every smoke well. I just came across this old thread confirming my shape number and pictures. Great pipe, enjoy.
