Nice review, but latakia in a cob? No thanks! :)

Seriously though, I enjoyed the writer's passages about the end of summer and beginning of fall. I love summer, probably more than the author it would seem, but I'm certainly not worried about upcoming months of cold dreary sadness! I'm looking forward to red and orange leaves and Halloween movies, and later in the season it will be warm flannels, good boots, and cozy evenings (and weekend days) at home by the wood stove with my wife, my cat, and my pipes.

Aged Lagonda is a thing of beauty. I have several tins from 2011 and they are now sublime. This is one to cellar for sure. If you can get your hands on tins with age do it.

Ooh I have a tin of this and a tin of Blackpoint stuck away for special occasions... both are probably 10 years old at this point.

I get giddy thinking about how good GLP Balkan/English blends are.
