This pains me to do this but I need to sell pipes and tobacco. First up for sale is my beautiful pair of Barling 352s. These are EXEXELs but probably needed a higher designation as they are jumbo sized pipes. The chamber diameters are over 1 inch each. Length is over 7 inches.

The first one is a Pre-Transition 352B (Bent) EXEXEL with the best blast I have ever seen on a Barling. The Barling marking on the stem is faded, but you have still see the remnant of it when you look closely.

$350

Next is the Pre-Transition Barling 352 EXEXEL which George Dibos said is a museum level example of a Barling. When I bought it I had it sent to him to check it out and he said there is nothing wrong with it, and that it is a remarkable example.

Same size as the 352B but without the bent. This one has a clear, perfect Barling cross logo on the stem.

1946 Dunhill Patent w/ Replacement Stem

This one is a great way to get a Dunhill Patent if you have been wanting one. The replacement stem is rough, but the briar is good.

$90

Two Pack of Pipes: Barling’s Make (Late Pre-Transition Era) w/ Replacement Stem & Comoy’s Guildhall 331 Bulldog

You can definitely tell the Barling was made when the family was still in control as you can even feel the briar quality. The stem is a replacement in rough shape. The briar and chamber are excellent with just a touch of rim darkening in the back.

The other is a Comoy’s 331 Bulldog in fair condition with an incredible draw. Markings are excellent and crisp.

$140

What are the dimensions/weight on the two barlings make
Well, shucks! I'm staring at these two beauties and suddenly it dawns on me, that's what the "B" stands for, bent! I coulda had a V8! Prices are more than fair and these are great smoking pipes. I have several of them.

Hey guys, I missed these comments when you posted them. Thanks for the kind words, Jesse. Frank, here are measurements. The 352B is a bit shorter than I remember, because the stem is bent. My scale is currently out of batteries, but the pipes are quite light for their size (the 352B feels a touch lighter), and I will get batteries if you are interested.

Barling 352B

Length: 6.5 inches
Chamber diameter: 1 inch exactly
Chamber depth: 1.5 inches

Barling 352

Length: 7.1
Chamber diameter: 1
Chamber depth: 1.6

The 352 has never been smoked by me and the 352B has been smoked once. I had Blue Room put a chamber coating on it, and they said it can always be removed if you don’t like it. It is not permanent.
