Never have I thought, I would find such pipes in a local antique store. I was perusing an antique store near me for a vintage cigar ashtray. Maybe a pipe rack, or any cool tobacciana . And there they were a bowl with 10 or so crusty looking pipes in it.

The as I looked I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, a Savinelli Corallo. I picked it up, gold dot on stem, markings Punto Oro, 125. Dirty and oxidized, I look at the tag.... $12.00
No cracks I can see, stem comes out clean, tenon clean.

Next I see a Comoy’s C on an oxidized stem. The C is perfect. Comoy’s Golden Matt 291 no dings, no obvious damage, just dirty. I can’t believe it....$12.00

There are two more Savinelli Punto Oro blasts, not sure the shape, oval shank billiards. I can’t believe I was so short sited and left them along with a nice Comoy’s Guildhall. ALL $12.00. I think I’m going back tomorrow to see if they are still there.

Here’s some before pics. I will go slow and clean them up. Wish me luck, and if anyone has any good advice on clean up, besides, reading more Reborn Pipes (awesome dude) I’m all ears.86573FC0-2882-4937-9488-B037516104A2.jpeg
