Over the years I have noticed members with their impressive and (?)obsessive collections of certain makes, shapes, model numbers. The ones that come immediately to mind are:-

@sablebrush52 and his Barlings
@condorlover1 and @weezell and ancient meers and cuttys
@chasingembers and his (ex-) collection of Savinelli 904s and its variants
@npod and Castello Opera shapes
@danielplainview (who hasn't been sighted here for sometime) and Sterncrest LHS pipes
@ssjones and his dedication to thick-shanked Rhodesians, and GBDs in particular
@hoosierpipeguy and Jose Rubio bulldogs
@Cigar Ash Queen and anything high end
@cshubhra and Sasienis
@Briar Lee and Lee pipes - yes I know, there might have been only 1 or 2 members who have been aware of their existence before :LOL:

Through my recent search for a Holbek Polonius I befriended a collector of Danish pipes with a vast and stunning collection of Danish masters, famous and the somewhat forgotten. I've learned more from him in a couple of months than I could have spending hours on Google.

A data base of members with particular interest(s) may be helpful to new members starting out on their collecting journeys
