Cheating has been a part of baseball since they threw out the first pitch. And every other sport deals with it as well. It's a tough deal for Astros, Bosox, and Mets fan to deal with but it happens. No series will be forfeited or "asterisked". These penalties were fairly harsh because Manfred sent out a formal letter to all teams three years that instances of use technology to cheat would not be tolerated,
As long as Rose lives he will not get into the HOF.
