You really should start a podcast or YouTube channel dedicated to life hacks. It seems to me (from reading your posts for a couple years) that you use more household products for uses other than they’re intended than just about anyone. You’re ingenuity is impressive.

In my own blends of flake I've used tragacanth, xanthan, guar, and tapioca starch in addition to Arabic. Guar is my favorite.

My Grandma used to make her own using tapioca starch and hot water
Cheap.
And non-toxic for little grandchildren who end up getting gum into/onto everything and everywhere
