We are all aware of the FDA regulations that were released May 5th 2016 (to be implemented August 8th 2016). If you have taken the time to review the regulations it is pretty clear the impact these will have on small businesses. What NATO (National Association of Tobacco Outlets) has come up with is a simple way for our consumers to get involved. What we are asking is that you make these links available on your websites, blogs, vlogs, forums and any other form of social media. Use your knowledge (link to summary below) to inform any person you come into contact with. We need to come together and fight for our rights to operate and patronize small businesses. SHARE WITH THE TOBACCO RETAILER YOU USE AND ANY IN YOUR AREA

God Bless

The best hope is the Cole/Bishop amendment to next Ag bill, which would change the deeming date from 2007 to May 2016. The democrats tried to kill it, but it made it out of committee and would be huge improvement. Designed to help the Vapors, it would also move the pipe tobacco grandfather date to May 2016.
