I think this a waste of time. The FDA will use these rules as needed. Plus you have to realize the FDA hasn't any authority to enforce these rules, they exist outside the normal function of 3Branches of Government. At this point you have to blame the public for constantly yielding to the FDA. Grab a pitchfork, be an American.

I still think it's prudent to have such a list available. Enforcement may be selective in the early goings, but if the time line stands in any capacity, manufacturers may be more selective on what they continue to produce.

I'm following this advice. Buy the Hell out of it while you still can, and tobacco will never be any cheaper than it is now.

Even if it doesn't all stand as is - something is coming and it's not good. The freedom to introduce blends at your leisure or sustain all the blends in production while complying with regulations is going to change the landscape. Buy as much as you can as often as you can. Not in a panic, but with a controlled understanding that the dissolution of the status quo cometh - and that right soon.
