Extra Stinky

I'm going camping with the men's group from my church, no wives present means I can smoke those extra stinky blends.

I'm bringing some GH whiskey Twist and Dark Scented flake, C&D Pirate Kake, and I made a "smells like camping" blend, it's 50% chopped up Cao MX2 cigar, 30% Latakia, and 20% Turkish.

Do you guys have any recommendations for strong smelling, full flavoured blends, ones pungent enough to possibly keep bears away? What are your favourite camping blends?

I had never thought about that... and the only one coming to my mind is Samuel Gawith Black XX. This one did not only ghost my pipe, it ghosted my entire smoking room for several days. The smell definitely has something of burned motor oil.

Are you trying to keep the bears away or the other campers?

Not necessarily bad, just strong. Blends that typically would get complaints when you smoke them around civilised society/women/buildings/towns.

I smoked a sample bowl last night, it's pretty good. Lots of thick smoke, nice smokey, leathery, dry flavour. Has floral, chocolate and coffee hints, and a bit of sweetness. Wife said I stink like cigar and campfire after, so checked that box also.

You could try Ennerdale Flake as that has a strong room note. The concensus seems to be about 50/50 between those that love it and those that hate it so it could go either way as far as the bear situation is concerned.
They'll either run away and hide OR want to have sexual relations with you.
