Dark Twist I find pretty gentle... interesting.
I have a somewhat sensitive mouth as well.
They do need significantly more dry time than it seems IMO.

I tried a tin of Erinmore years ago and didn't care for it. I like sweet flakes and I thought the Erinmore would be a nice one. It had a weird flavor I couldn't get past.

I do enjoy Mac Baren Modern Virginia flake. I just opened a tin of 2014 and will be smoking it shortly. I am curious to see what some age has done for it.

In the semi-rural NorthEastern USA
I know I probably already said this but I certainly dig the stuff so far, but the taste I get is more herbal and less fruit. Like a weirdly sweet herb with a fruity taste. Though there is a weird phantom pineapple after taste at the end, it's not Pineapple it's the aftertaste. A Ghost Pineapple (@BROBS) which probably causes ghost poops.
