Does anyone out there know the exact strand of tobacco used in the late edgeworth slices? Or even modern ready rubbed matches?

As far as I can tell it is a ‘mahogany burley’, but this doesn’t help much when looking for seed. The only advice I have been given so far is that maybe it is a TN86 or TN90 (not LC) due to their red tips

cheers

Larus & Brother used to advertise that Edgeworth was White Burley, and the advertisements of the day stressed that whether one bought ready-rubbed or plug slice, it was the same tobacco used for both.
