While I've bought a number of older Dunhills over the years, this is my only modern Dunhill.

There doesn't seem to be much info on the "HT" stamping outside of the fact that it supposedly means Hand Turned. All of the HT stamped Dunhills I saw while searching were marked "Collector" or other such special edition ones, but this one appears to have no other special markings.

The logo and the 38 date stamping seems to indicate 1998 as the year it was produced. I'd love any additional info such as how common this stamping is or anyone's experiences with similar Dunhills. It's definitely a unique shape!

Thanks!

HT’s are common from that era. They were hand turned and finished in England. I have a really nice group of “matching” Bent Dublin HT/XL Collectors from that late 90’s time frame. All great pipes.

Makes sense, it seems like a good one so maybe I'll keep it around. Thanks for the info!
