Dr Plumb Logo needed

I've acquired a Dr. Plumb model 214 (picture below) with a HUGE hole in the stem! It appears there should be a logo in that hole - would anyone know where I might get such a logo? I hate to just make a plug for it! (BTW, the picture shows the stem assembled upside down!)
