Starting this month, we begin participating in Sutliff Tobacco's pipe club program. As a part of this program, Sutliff will send us quarterly samples of tobacco to try and evaluate. For this month, they have provided our Blend of the Month: Mac Baren HH Balkan Blend! If it's even half as good as the rest of the "HH" series, it'll be quite a treat.
Also starting this month, we are introducing a spotlight/focus topic for each meeting. This month, we will be discussing nicotine. What makes a blend high or low in nicotine? What can you do if you like the taste of a certain blend, but find the nicotine lacking or overwhelming?
Once again, the fine folks at David's have offered to stay open late and let us meet until 9:00 PM. We thank them for their continued support, and encourage everyone to support them in return.
