Today i went on 400km motorcycle round trip to Andorra under the gruesome heat of 40C ( 104F for 3 country that still uses Imperial? ) manage to grab some pipe tobacco from "Tabacs les 1000 pipes" within the limit of tax free entry to France. Limited choice due to Andorra suppliers carry little but still manage to grab

Capstan Gold Navy Cut 6.50€ (not available in France)
Davidoff Scottish Mixture 11.75€ vs 32€ in France
Davidoff Royalty 12.40€ vs 32€
Davidoff Danish 11.75€ vs 32€
Chacom N3 8.90€ vs 28€
Chacom N4 9.50€ vs 28€
Chacom N5 9.90€ vs 29€
Chacom N6 10.50€ vs 29€

135.30€ of tax saved?

Great score Demard!
Would love to be able to do the same but that is impossible for me in Australia, but not sidetrack your thread, I'm very happy for ya.

The Davidoff Scottish Mixture has me interested as it was my first tin years ago but haven't tried it since.

I remember really enjoying the aroma but I was so useless and clueless it was really wasted on me at the time.

Will try it again myself but really keen to hear what you think if you decide to try it soon.

Again, nice haul and nice bike!

I was in Andorra several years back. I took the bus from Barcelona and back. Not much to see at least in Andorra la Vella, the capital, except the Dali clock and the tax free shops. I don't think I've ever seen so many McDonald's though, in such a small town. I counted three or four of them in a half hour walk around the town.
