I picked something up at a fiberglassing shop one time many years ago. There was a guy working there who had a full beard, with icicles of resin in it, "wearing" a paper dust mask, with a hole torn out of it for his cigarette.
I resolved then to try to get good enough at something that I would never have to take a job in a place that thought that was ok.
