Cornell & Diehl Montford Point Marine

I had a sample of Cornell & Diehl Montford Point Marine at our Pipe Club meeting last night.

The taste was fine. But before the bowl was half finished I has to stop and sit down. It may be the nicotine in the burley.
If any of you former cigarette smokers are looking for something with a kick, give this a try.

I have never been one to feel the effects of nicotine very much, but that being said, I have been smoking a lot of MacBaren Golden Extra lately, and by the time I am done with a bowl, I am lightheaded and have a hard time getting up for a few minutes afterward. Still, it is a really hearty Burley smoke and fulfills a burley craving like none other.

When they released that one 2 Richmond shows ago, I got a tin and started smoking on the show floor.

Glad I read this post. I was about to order a tin of Montford Point Marine. It sounded good in the description but I sure don't need to raise my blood pressure with the Nicotine buzz. That's why you get light headed. I hate blends that make me dizzy.
