Hello and Good evening I'm considering a pipe I've spotted I am torn I believe it's an attractive shape I dig the style. But I'm not familiar with the brand. Has anyone heard of Paronelli?

I haven't heard of the brand before, but their website says they use Sardinian and Calabrian briar, and they seem to be a well established company in Italy. Since their prices seem reasonable, I don't think I'd have any reservations about buying one of their pipes if it really "spoke to me". http://www.paronellipipe.it/chi-siamo/il-marchio/

Italy, France, England, Denmark, Ireland, U.S. (and maybe one or two others I've forgetten) are solid pipe makers of long standing. They are competitive and critical of each other within those countries and between them, so mostly the products are good to outstanding quality. Mostly, you're not to get a stinker.

Great Austria MOS I'm leaning towards getting it. I'm novice as well so I'm sure it's going to be all good.

Their normal people pipes seem like a balance between style and function that I can admire:
