Recently purchased this Comoy at a more than fair price and it has already soared toward the top of the rotation. Great grain, great draw, very solid, nice size.
Now the question: I can't tell much about it. It says COMOY'S on the top of the shank but it offers no clue as to the type of Comoy's it is. The bottom has the usual encircled Made in London with England beneath it. A V with the number 87 beneath it. It does not carry the traditional white C on the stem.
As noted, it has proved to be one of my better pipes so I'm just curious what the deletions of no style name and white C have to say about it. Thanks.
