A mate is retiring this week, after 40+years as a dental surgeon. 6 of us had a Chinese dinner to wish him all the best for the next chapter of his life.
Started with a trio of my favourite champagne, Tattinger Comtes de Champagne

Dumplings and fish

Followed by an excellent deboned, stuffed duck which was braised for 4 hours
And a trio of reds
