And some more...
Steve Morrisette

Andy Petersen, Quad City Pipes. Andy has REALLY stepped up his game lately.

Bruce Weaver

Don Marshall. I'm not very familiar with this maker, but found his work quite interesting. I'll have to find out more about him.

More Chonowitsch

Will Purdy

Rad Davis. I'm sorry these didn't turn out better because there's some excellent work here. I'll try fiddling with the settings and repost if I can make them look better.

Steve Liskey. I often encourage purchasing pipes from new, gifted pipe makers because they'll soon be raising their prices. Well, Steve Liskey is one of those carvers about whom I should have heeded my own advice. His skill (and prices) have REALLY shot up.

Grant Batson. He's just playing at a different level.

To be continued...

Bigvan, I can scarcely express how appreciative I am of the effort you put into taking and posting these pix.

Great coverage of the show! Kudos! I'm sure there are a lot of keyboards across the planet soiled by drool.

Guys like you make PM.com and these forums rock!

I've seen a number of Grant Batson's works and he does some killer carving. Haven't heard of Don Marshall either but that's some interesting work that shows a good amount of talent. Thanks for the pics.

BigVan, Thanks for the pictures. I am glad others have skill with a camera to share the show experience with those who can't attend.
Sorry we did not get together at the show. I kinda surprises me that we were both there for several days and never met.

I cant believe you didnt snag one of Don Marshalls pipes. He's a new guy, carving about a year I think. Super humble dude, and a great guy. The prices he asks, the level of quality he is producing, he is one to buy for sure.
