OK it’s really just the remnants of some jars. Old Joe Krantz, Pegasus, Haunted Bookshop and some Burley Flake #3.
I taste nuts. Lots of nuts. Plus some softness of cavendish and hay from the Virginia.
Smoking it in a cob so a bit of corn as well.
Nic hit is north of the border. All in all a great blend.
Have paired it with a the bold flavour of a peated Islay single malt.

Availability: extinct to a fine white ash.

Sounds good! Laphroaig? Lagavulin? They are both top of the list for me, but that Ardbeg is just too much...
I started the day with C&D too, good ol' Winchester, then some cobb flake, then some homegrown, then some British woods...

Laphroaig is my favourite single malt, although if Lagavulin was in the same price bracket I would be hard pressed to choose...
I will raise a glass to the plague being over!!!!

I know where charf keeps his baccy stash. PM me if you want to join me on a recon mission.

I love the ardberg, but have decided to stick with lagavulin going forward. I average out the cost difference with Jameson’s cask mates stout edition
