Does anyone have any experience with these? I’ve seen them touted in several sites as direct replacements for the old Dunhill blends and they seem to have the whole line up covered (or at least the famous ones I’ve heard of and a few I hadn’t).

I am unfortunately too young to have experienced the originals, and I’d be keen to try a decent approximation. Even if they’re wildly off the mark, the line up includes a load of Latakia blends that I’d be keen to try anyway, if they’re any good.

The Dunhill blends were last manufactured by the Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) before they left the market around 2017. STG has since reintroduced some of the blends under the Peterson label. For those blends, e.g., 965, Nightcap, Deluxe Navy Rolls, etc., I don't seen any need to resort to the Charatan copies, unless you want to try them for their own merits.
