Lemme guess: bowls of Virginia to English blends. Why do I think I have it wrong? Percent of Virginia to Latakia in preferred blends?

I don't know about 70/30, I don't see that very often. But I bought the 90/10 and 95/5 for awhile and it had little taste. Have gone back to the 80/20. If I see 70/30, I'll give it a try for sure.

I'd probably go for 70/30 out on the grill. 80/20 is what I get because it only get leaner from there where I shop.

All burgers are sandwiches but all sandwiches are not burgers. Chili would be classed as stew just because of simmering duration.

I would say no because of low liquid content. I usually just use hummus as a dip or condiment.

Is double dipping ever socially acceptable?
If the state highway department can warn of dips via big, yellow, diamond shaped, signs ... why is it socially impermissible to point him out to your wife and/or date at a party? Are dips a "protected class?"
Was "Falling Rock" ever located? He's been missing for decades and I still see the out west.

It’s obviously a stew. Unless you order some from a chain restaurant out of chicago. :puffy:
Or Cincinnati. Not only to they put tomatoes in it, they serve it over pasta. It's the end of civilization. Glad you like the New Mexico style chili. It's simple but it's tasty. Anaheims are fine, but the chilies grown in Chimayo, Dixon, and Hatch are spectacular. When you get a chance, check out the Potrero Trading Company.
Hummus is a purée. Boeuf Bourguignon is a stew. Starcat is a legend.
