Wow, that smooth goose is spectacular!
Yeah, I have a couple of the cheaper ones I use for burners, a sailor, a compass, and a sweet freehand, but I have always been curious about their higher end stuff and heard little but good things. They seem to be kind of like Peterson in that quality has a pretty solid positive correlation with price. One day I'm sure I'll grab one, just waiting for one that speaks to me.I'll always take a compliment on my goose. While no one needs more PAD fuel, Nording puts out some very nice pipes in certain lines... shape and grain...that go overlooked. While I do dig their more basic "Danish Funk" offerings, there's definitely some lines that punch really well at that $125-$200 level.
That goose really is amazing!! There's still a smooth in stock on sp but it's more than double the price i paid for the sandblast.Awesome pipe. Count me in the club that loves the Nording Hunter series. The Goose and Fox are two of the best to my taste.
