It’s normal if you’re smoking too fast/hot, which is common for folks that are just starting out. Research the “breathe method,” and give it another whirl.
i will try it im a cigar smoker i mean i try to sip it i tried cleaning my pipe i let the tobacco dry for 3 hours or so
I came from cigars too, and it took some effort for me to slow down. You might try a decent non-aromatic blend as well. They’re easier to smoke at first, in my opinion.

Yeah, you need to basically keep the tobacco at a slow smolder the entire time. If you have to relight, no worries. When I first started I kept drawing on it too hard, trying to keep it lit, and that makes all tobacco taste burnt/muted.
yeah it's not really like cigars. I second that non aros are easier to get into. Especially if you already dig cigars. I mean you already know you like the taste of tobacco so try that. Though I must admit I hate cherry flavored tobacco and Captain Black so take my advice with a grain of salt.
one thing i noticed i was doing wrong is i wasnt kissing the flame i was lighting to fast after watching videos yeah i need to stop doing cigar draws lol

Yep. It was the cigar draws that were causing me issues. One happy byproduct of learning to smoke pipes is that once you learn to smoke slowly, cigars are better, too in my opinion.

Why the hell would you want to taste it?!!! I kept a pouch of it in the visor of my work truck for years, just to remind me never to do it again!

We have to remember A.S.M - Aromatic Smokers Matter so lets all be inclusive and then suggest the gentlemen buys a box of Charter Hall or that tobacco named after a penis piercing technique and Queen Victoria's husband! 
New pipe smokers often expect an aromatic to taste like the food item (etc.) flavoring. Many more experienced pipe smokers don't want the flavoring to predominate, but to accent and complement the tobacco taste. You can find strongly flavored aromatic blends, if you want them, but you may outgrow them fairly soon, so sample in small quantities.
