Can I Smoke in My Room Tonight?

Due to my busy schedule and the fact its icey cold here in Chicago, I dont get many opportunities to smoke. Its too cold and im too tired to go get dressed and sit out in the garage. Are there any major effects that could occur to the room from smoking in it once? Is my brother going to smell it upstairs and come down and kick my A**?

Will it have any major affects to the room with just one smoke...No.

Will your brother smell it...Most likely.

Will your brother kick your ass... I have no clue as I don't know him. But it's a possibility .

answer one yes. It could linger in there for a lot longer then you'd think. It will make the summoning of Sumerian deities much easier (even accidental). Will your brother smell it yes. Will he kick your ass.... No because you'll be expecting him and get the jump on him.

What's the house rule? If he didn't set one, smoke and find out. Easier to say sorry than trying to get the permission. Then again, your brother might kick your arse since he didn't set the house rule on kicking arse.

All I can say is some years ago I asked for a smoking room in a hotel, lit up a cigar (expensive Habano) and regretted it for the rest of my stay ! I know that pipe smoke is generally not as bad as stale cigar stench, but it depends on the blend. A Latakia/Balkan blend will get into all the soft furnishings and linger

Smoking inside the house, whether it comes to be tolerated or prohibited, is no small thing. You will breath secondhand smoke, and the smoke will leave a residue on the ceiling and the walls--in fact on everything.

My son contemplated the same idea once when he took bong hits in his room...yes, I came upstairs and kicked his ass then smashed his bong--so I wouldn't do it if I were you.

I don’t blame you in this case. A kids has to respect his parents.

The real question is, are you one who values their integrity? If you do, then you won't break your word and smoke in a place you agreed not to. If you don't, go right ahead.
