Can anyone ID this maker?

Pipe is from late sixties or early seventies.
Only marking is on shank of stummel, and I checked all the pipephil.eu directory of logos and markings and didn’t see it.

I’ve never seen that logo before but it looks right for the late 60s early 70s genre alright. Nice grain!
