Looks like it reads Blackcat. My google is too weak to find a Blackcat pipe manufacturer though.

My Google search found a pipemaker named Vi Tran from Vietnam of Blackcat pipes. The logo matched the stamp on your pipe. Lovely work!

Thank you. That is very helpful. I bought the pipe at the Chicago Pipe Show and it’s been in the back of one of my pipe cases. Saturday afternoon seems to be a good time to see just what kind of of pipes Mr Tran makes. Thanks again.
