Unusual shape for a panel. The sudden sharp angle of the heel is very attractive. Is it a sitter?

That's in interesting piece. I have a Dublin shape from the same series, just no fancy gold band like yours.
That panel is unique. French pipes in general are so above their price point. It's a real pipe making culture in St. Claude and surrounds. The pride and competition is intense. I love my BC's, Chacoms, Vuilliard, and Genod. More for your money.
