Hi. I came across an ingredient called Burley Virginia Blend Base in home blending. Has anyone come across this term?
Any idea what it could be?

I've utilized D&R Twotimer as a burley base. I've used C&D dark burley, cubed burley and probably some white burley in the past.
I've been using Sutliff tobaccos lately and their J4 burley is mixable and smokeable on its own. Rather similar to a codger blend, its got a nice moisture content, flavor, and strength.
Several Sutliff blends incorporate decent burley flavor. Many of their Match blends are codger copies that were, burley based and I've been trying several. Obviously Match ERR, but also Field and Stream, VIP, Mixture 79, Barking Dog. ( I seem to have overlooked the VA aspect. my bad)

Virginia/Burley is a common base tobacco for blends I imagine. I personally really enjoy C&D White Burley mixed with Virginia. Burley both simultaneously smooths out a blend while giving it a little nicotine kick.
