Briarville Stem Replacement Recommendation

I recommend Briarville Pipe Repair (https://briarville.com/) for stem replacement. I broke the stem on my favorite Castello. Briarville replaced it with an identical stem. It is an exact copy of the original (appearance, material, shape, button, and draft hole). Turnaround was about a week at a very reasonable price.

That's impressive to see, especially seeing the white inlay was replicated. I would've thought the stem got drilled out and had a new tenon glued in place.

Thanks for the tip. I have a Jose Rubio I dropped and snapped the stem on it. Looks just like your before pic.

Congratulations on the repair. He likely didn’t have to turn/shape a brand new stem for you. He mayve just drilled the tenon and applied a delron replacement? However, if he did forge a completely new stem, then he did a fine job indeed. ️

Upon examining it closer, maybe he simply added a new tenon? The bit has a small tooth mark so the stem could be my original. Either way, I am pleased with the results.
