Nice looking shrimp.

I always try to keep a premise package of polenta on hand. Just mash and add cream with some garlic powder before topping with shrimp.

I also use the polenta to make roasted polenta cakes, topped with either pesto or marinara and cheese. Simple yet elegant side dish when not in the mood for noodles, rice, or potatoes.
