I forgot to add this bit of info I found out while at B&B a few weeks ago.
Pipes (most) since ~ '67 have a single red dot, my Canadian has that, and is there standard marking.
My Poker sitter has a red and a white dot and I asked the significance of the white dot.
I was told this marks pipes made for their 100th anniversary.
So if you own one with the white dot, you own a piece of history.
