Howdy folks...
When you open up your tin, do you see intact flakes of more of a broken flake?

My experience - broken flake, unless them flaked break up easily in transportation.

A little bit of both, however it doesn't matter, you gotta crumble it up anyway to put in the pipe. I'm a big fan of Bengal Slices it's approaching a spot as a top smoke for me.

This latest batch has been two large, tin-sized slices--mostly intact--with another half of a slice added. Fusilier's Ration, OTOH, has been more like Plum Pudding--lots of broken slices.

Since we're talking Bengal Slices and Plum Pudding, check out the "Saved By the Bell" battle combo at P&C. Tin of both for $18 compared to $13 each separately.

Good deal if you are in the market for both right now...

I don't see that Battle anymore on P&C website.

I also highly recommend grabbing some Sutliff Virginia Slice while on sale. If you like Orlik Golden Sliced, you will like this too if not even more.
