Hi all, I've repeatedly tried to email the Beall Tool Coy. as per their website, here:
We also check our e-mail on a regular basis and can handle questions or special orders:

jrbeall@bealltool.com
I wanted to find out about ordering some polishing and buffing pads (4" for a 3000rpm bench grinder I purchased) as well as the relevant blocks of polish, canuba etc. I'm under the impression, rightly or wrongly, that they have the best gear at great prices?
Every time I email they bounce back saying there's a problem. Has anyone managed to email them & get a response recently.
Is there any other company you can suggest that has comparable products at good prices please? I'll also need to get the tricky stainless steel sleeve/extender thingie that goes on the grinder rod thing.
This is soooo frustrating because they seemed to be the experts, geared specifically for pipe stuff and if I have to resort to a "normal supplier" that has no knowledge of pipes I think I'll end up floundering in confusion.
Many thanks, Di

Amazon sells a array of jewelers rouges that is used for buffing and polishing they also have carnuba, buffing wheels some times. I think for me its Pimo pipe company that gets my cash for powered dyes, and polishes, buffing wheels. Dont forget to look outside the box where you live hardware and woodworking shops will have allot of what you will need music shops sometimes will have carnuda musician will use it to wax there wood instruments and you might be able to get jewelers rouge from a jewelry shop.

They probably shut down for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

I order pads from this place, recommended by ejames for buffing supplies. Good prices and fast, cheap shipping.

I have several of their items, which I use for my woodturning. This is the main source for my turning supplies:

I can also get buffing compound at several local hardware stores. But maybe that is because I am a tool junkie and know all the obscure tool places.

I recently purchased the 4 inch buffing wheels and the polishing compounds a couple of months ago, but I called them and place the order over the phone. The Sales Rep was very friendly and helpful. 1-800-331-4718

Thanks guys, Beall finally got back to me (my emails were bouncing but eventually got through).
I sent them pics of the bench brinder I bought but it's useless because the plates that shroud the cutting blades etc are actually moulded cast metal, they don't just come off. I'm gutted, though I had my little home buffing/polishing set up almost ready to roll.
