Yesterday I received a package from Fullbent as per the newbie trade. And a generous portion it was. Anyway, in order to decide with what tobacco to begin. I first did a smell test with all of them. I don't recomend this with 14 differing tobaccos as it amounts to sensory over load, and the inability to smell any thing for hours afterward.

However I decided to start with "Bagpipers Dream". This is a mellow blend that smokes very smooth, and could be the best blend I have ever tried.

I love Bagpiper's Dream. I received a sample from papipeguy a while back and promptly bought 3 tins, 1 to smoke now and 2 for the future. It ranks quite high on my favorite smokes list.

I can't resist joing in on this. BD is always in my rotation. I've been stocking up on it too, Jason. Its still one of the easiest to keep lit and always satisfying. For sure it would be my desert isle choice.

Because of this thread, I had some BPD (not to confused with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia or Borderline Personality Disorder) tonight. I have to agree that it is a top five smoke for me.

I found a simular type at my tobacconist called highland whiskey, It was pretty nice. Its an odd thing the brand that the pipe and tobacco shops have around here are not the same as what I read about on here. Nobody has Corniel and Deihl, or Harth and Home. In the case of bag pipers dream Ratt Rays.
