Hey!
I'm about to go on a motorcycle trip from Hungary, through Slovenia, Northern-Italy, Monaco, French Riviera, with the end destination of Alicante, Spain.
I'd like to visit some tobacco shops on the way, where I can find tobaccos that are not available in Hungary, nor in Spain.

Any recommendations what tobacco shops should I visit in Northern-Italy (around Venice, Bologna, Ravenna, Pisa, Milan, Genoa), on the French Riviera (Nice, cannes, Saint-Tropez, Marseille), and perhaps in Monaco, or South-Switzerland?
I've seen that there's an interesting one in Brissago, Switzerland, called Synjeco, but I'm not sure if they have an actual shop there, or webshop only. Also seen that they theoretically sell to some tobacco shops in Italy.

Also, if you have any experience, can you share what kind of blends may I find on these locations? I'm seeking mostly aromatics. I'd like to try some C&D blends, but also open to others.

Thank you!

Hi
You won't get any C&D blend in France, only overpriced generic stuff. This is a list of what is available for tobaconists to order in France (Prix du tabac à pipe en France - https://barbibul-puff.github.io/), which does not mean you'll find what you want in a shop (in fact you'll be lucky to even find any pipe tobacco at all). Look for cigar shops, they are the most likely to have at least a few differents pipe tobaccos.
Synejo is by far your best bet in the area for tobacco, contact them, as you can sometime organize a pickup for your order.

France and Italy in general have crap tobacco selection. Bring stuff you like. There are lots of good pipe shops. Some nice ones near lake comm in italy. A few i. France. Tobacco is very expensive in France. Italy is more affordable but selection is limited. The US is the tobacco king. Germany is next. The rest is not so good. Perhaps you can list your country in your profile. It’s helpful if you ask questions.

Noli in the Galleria Victor Emanuele ll, Milan is an excellent tobacconist.
Not sure of their pipe tobacco selection, but they have a large selection of cigars, including a room dedicated to Habanos.

I was disappointed by paucity of choice in Paris and throughout France

Thanks for providing this price quote list, looks like prices in France are roughly 30% less than in Finland or Sweden yet better assortment
