Atmos Folding Reamer - experiences?

Just picked one up on Ebay.
$5, including shipping, so it seemed a good investment.
Anyone have or use one?

I have one I got in a small tackle box full of pipe stuff,including pipes from Ebay. It works pretty good on light to moderate cake in a small bowled pipe. It's still in the tackle box,which I use when on trips.
