Are 4Noggins & Watch City no longer shipping to Canada?

Heard from someone in a Quebec group that 4Noggins & Watch City are no longer shipping to Canada. I've understood that Tobaccopipes has already stopped. Is this true? Can anyone confirm? If it's true, this is huge!

Wow! I'm wondering if it's because of the postal strike in Canada right now - ie. a temporary thing.

Yeah - from what I'm understanding - so just a temporary thing. I have an order of Five O'Clock Shadow & Plum Pudding bourbon barrel aging somewhere in a postal warehouse!
