Dr G stingers were not physically attached to the the screw tenon on adjustamatic pipes, they were just pushed in. If you want the stingers for those pipes I got whole tin full of em.

That would be great. Any help with these is very much appreciated. They look decent in the pictures but I have a lo of work ahead of me. One of the Grabows still has the stinger.

Let me look and see if I have any of that kind, I know I have bunch of Adjustomatic stingers, I think I have one or two those as well.

Thanks. Gonna be a few weeks I'm afraid. I'm stripping these down and restaining them. I had to order more die. Tooth chatter was minimal and I was able to get the stems smoothed out nicely.

Update on the pipe haul. Theyvare ready for rotation.

These pipes didn't have the best grain in the world other than the birdseye on the Medico. Still I couldn't go back to the original solid colors. I think they turned out ok for my first attempt at staining pipes. Even with a cork in the chamber, some die got in. It was a lot of work but I really enjoyed it. These bring my total to 106 pipes. My thoughts are to gift some of these to my sons. Yes they smoke pipes.
