I'm thinking of getting a few tins each of:

Rattray's Macbeth
Rattray's Caribbean Dream
McConnell Old London Pebble Cut

From what I can find the McConnell is worth getting and the other two might be worth at least trying.

So has anyone tried these and if so what are your thoughts?

The Old London is alright, Marlin Flake with a touch of the orientals. Stocked up a few years ago, don’t know if it’s changed since.

I bought a 100g tin of Rattray's Caribbean Dream about two years ago in a large order from Estervals. I have less than half of it left as I don't smoke it everyday. Like Rattray's Exotic Passion (Exotic Orange) people are going to either love it or hate it. I like it.

The reason I still have some is I'm easily distracted by other blends. I tend to smoke Caribbean Dream more in the summer months and I think it pairs well with a good, dark rum.

Macbeth is good. I have a few tins put away. It's been a while but I remember a slight raspberry topping. It's a smooth vabur that I enjoy with coffee.
