It's in Syracuse. A resident of New York would have to pay New York prices, with their taxes, then costs of shipping to you. Expensive hassle.
Will have to keep them in mind wend we occasionally pass through syracuse. Yeah, NY excise tax is like 80% on pipe tobacco plus 8ish% sales tax depending on the municipality. At the last B&M I was at Deluxe Navy Rolls was over $50 per 50g tin plus sales tax.
