Anyone Heard Of ‘Roya’?

Saw this listed online the other day and it perked my interest. I’ve never heard of Roya before - I thought it might have read ‘royal’ and was a seller error or shank repair, but upon looking at pics it indeed says Roya.

First instinct is Loewe. Especially since the hallmarks on one of the pics appear to have the L&Co mark...but then I almost feel like that picture is off a different pipe altogether as they don’t seem to align with the placement of the marks on the other pictures.

Thoughts?

It could be a line of pipes from a manufacturer - in this case, possibly Loewe & Co?
It would be interesting to see all the hallmarks close up as this can sometimes tell the story.
