I like Granger, not every day, but as nostalgia smoke. My dad smoked it for decades daily.
It's not quite as mellow as either Prince Albert or Carter Hall, but it is a good old rough cut
burley. Some complain about the casing, some kind of dressing mysteriously described as
the Wellman's Process, but I can't taste it much. I think Granger is one of the grand old burley
over-the-counter tobaccos, and who can resist the pointer dog on the can or pouch. To top
it off, my wife grew up on a farm just outside (or maybe just inside) a little town called Granger.
