Recently got this calabash with no markings visible. Have been checking out a lot of them online. It looks like a Kaywoodie to me because of the wood insert. Best educated guess any one.

I doubt that's a Kaywoodie. Lots of calabashes have wooden extensions. If it's really a KW, it should have the clover leaf logo on the stem, a screw-in stem attachment, and a stinger (unless that's been hacked).

@piffyr Did'nt even think about the stinger. Thought the clover might of been buffed off.

Assumably this comes with big bowl cup,?I have had one of that Stranbach Wienna Calabasses in past which I liked it pretty much unless it was that all tobacco what I smoked in it tasted weak but also cool and dry,then as usual I sold this pipe further, perhaps I shouldn't but ought to have bought some stout english mixtures instead.
