This is my latest pipe. I gave it a cleaning and fixed some tooth wear on the amberoid stem. The rim cap is dinged a bit, but it's okay. The draft is decent and it smokes good. Probably a 1900ish pipe.

According to "Who Made That Pipe?" by Wilczak & Colwell, your NPW was manufactured in the United States by the Metropolitan Tobacco Company. Jose Manuel Lopes says likewise in his book titled "Pipes - Artisans and Trademarks." Further, Wilczak and Colwell show a date of 1900; Lopes states, "...early 20th century..."
