Most people here tend to have a relatively large- over 30 pipes- collection.
Most of us have a smaller number out of the collection. A regular rotation.
But there is that one pipe that is you secret favorite. What is your absolute favorite and why?

The pipe of power...one pipe to rule them all.

If you put a gun to my head and said pick one I'd take my Cavicchi Dublin. It is not only aesthetically perfect (to me) but it is one of my best (if not best) smokers.

Often, it's the one I'm smoking. There are about 20 I couldn't decide between, but if I thought about it, the number would keep rising. Some of the old U.S. factory pipes and MM cobs, low on the pipe hierarchy, are heart throbs anyway.

I have about 5 faves depending upon my mood and choice of tobacco.

Currently I'm smoking a small blasted Stanwell lumberman that I picked up as an estate purchase. I could easily end up as a favorite if not "thee" favorite. Time will tell.

This is one of my favs. it's called the watson. i'm a sherlock fan ,no idea who it's made by but it's just my go to pipe.

I don't have a large collection. I have a few pipes, some cobs, and some briar. Currently my favorite pipe by far is my MM Hardwood. It's easy to clench and It's not so nice that I'm afraid to take it everywhere. I'm sure as I go along I'll have other favorites. For now this is my go to. I smoke it once a day atleast.

This. But I do have a large bore, thick walled bull moose that seems to devour anything I toss in and is rather forgiving of careless packing.
