It looks most like a Chacom to me, but that's a guess. Except for the two-tone finish.

Nice work! Are these pipes you work on for your own collection?
Yes. I fell into this crazy hobby a couple years and now I have over 200 pipes. I pick them up here and there and I'm not particularly interested in whether they're valuable or not, although some are. I really like finding an old pipe that has its history written all over it, looking like a charcoal briquette, that I can restore to a semblance of its original beauty.
